The PDF tools read, they do not rewrite
Everything here either pulls something out of a document or builds a simple one from scratch. Nothing modifies an existing PDF in place, and that line is deliberate.
The split is: does this operation change the file? Converting a PDF to images or to text does not. Reordering pages, editing content, filling and flattening forms, merging an existing document — those do, and they belong in a real editor rather than a single-page web tool pretending to be one.
Two things you will not find here
PDF to Word is the highest-traffic PDF search there is, and it is missing on purpose. Doing it properly means reconstructing layout from visual position — working out that these characters were a table and those were a two-column flow — and a bad one produces a document that is worse than retyping. We would rather have no tool than a tool that wastes an hour.
OCR is the same story from the other end. If a scanned PDF comes back empty from the text extractor, that is a correct report that there were no characters in it, not a failure. Reading pictures of words is a genuinely different problem.
Our own software
Dictate it instead of typing it
Hold a key, say the sentence, and the words land in whatever Windows window you were already in. Runs on your own PC — no account, no upload, nothing to renew.
